So... Calgary it is!

So I'm in Calgary. It was one heck of a journey getting here I tell you~ First of all, Mike thought Pyko (Paul) was taking the last seat so at first I thought I wouldn't even be able to come and angsted accordingly. Then maybe 15 minutes later Drew returned a previous phone call and all was saved. Turns out Mike had read the other Pauls (cyan...)journal and mistakenly thought it was Pyko's. The space station wagon was incredibly hot until much later in the evening. I hope anyone who had a chance to look outside took it. There were so many stars it was such an unbelievable feeling. The feeling was only intensified by the Northern Lights that appeared shortly after the stars. I'm not quite sure how long I stared at them, just feeling so small in comparision and knowing that there was something more then we know of. Whether it is life outside of earth, God, or any number of things not even thought of yet. Mike and I fell asleep in the backseat and woke up just 5 seconds before we entered Calgary. Perfect timing. We woke up this morning and eventually made our way to the ITG machine. Although I didn't like the pads, the USB key reader didn't work and there was a bit of a glare I got the hang of at least the GREAT timing window. I'm still unsteady with the PERFECT window but maybe it'll come when I have a chance to play more then three games. Otherwise I find ITG a lot more fun. The music selection is awesome and I find it easier to pass 10's on the machine (even with mines on :O ) The only problems so far were Paul's exhaust system dying (Coast, baby, Coast) and Adam's keyboard which I must say I've grown to hate. Otherwise Calgary is a beautiful city with much to do and many people to see.
